When he and her had sex, he found it strange that he felt tired after the activity. From there he came to the conclusion that women are able to drain the life force out of men and they are coming for men all over. It is also implied his girlfriend was Yuko the Librarian.

Especially in Shizune's route. He's just a little paranoid and in desperate need of some sex ed so he doesn't think his soul is being eaten or something. :P

It's pretty obvious.

71. iTelaSify: You know, to be completely honest, I thoroughly felt bad for Kenji as a character. He has a life long struggle to even see a few feet in front of him, and in a secondary sense he is blind in many other ways. Everything his character says or does points to a sort of metal instability, showing that something happened to shield his awareness of real life. His feminist propaganda is just a cover to shield his true emotions. He's one of the deepest in the series, without it even needing to be said.

And I hated him at first, but when he started talking to Rin in her route, even though he thought she was a dude, I still thought it was cool that he was talking to someone OTHER THAN ME.
